New staple? Possibly

I made the stirfry again tonight. It's easy to make and by doubling the recipe, I don't have many random things left over and I get 2 nights worth of dinner. This time I actually got my act together to make the rice. Here is the picture from this rendition.



Seriously, I have no idea why this picture isn't oriented correctly. Something wacky is happening during the transfer. Anyway, I also made this chicken salad recipe for a luncheon tomorrow. I didn't eat more than a bite but holy cow it is super salty. We'll see how it goes over tomorrow.

I'll try to put the stirfry recipe up tomorrow.

    I love stirfry. Makes me want Chinese for lunch today :) Of course, mine will be take out not homemade.
